ZipZone is a unique outdoor destination located right in the heart of Columbus, Ohio offering zip line tours, a treetop obstacle course, and a ground level kid’s course. Locally owned and operated by Lori and Jerrod Pingle since 2012, ZipZone evolved from a desire to bring ziplining to Columbus. As owners of an aerial adventure consulting company, they have over 20 years of experience in training staff, performing structural and operational inspections, and consulting for outdoor adventure programs across the country.
ZipZone maintains a philosophy of environmental protection and conservation, and from the beginning has focused on environmentally friendly building techniques for its construction. Creating hiking trails instead of roads, limiting tree intrusions, and reducing soil compaction are just three of the ways that ZipZone has developed an eco-friendly adventure.
